Bodyflo is a unique gym that combines fitness classes, free weights area and combat sport classes all in one facility. We offer a range of classes to suit all abilities and needs.

Our 7500 sq ft gym is made up of two matted class areas, a strength and conditioning suite, fully equipped changing rooms, reception and social area.

Bodyflo is located in Hillsborough close to public transport and easily accessible by car.
